With an elegant cuffed sleeve and a very free form body that can be worn easily without synching the belt too for a looser fit, this dress is sure to stun no matter the occasion. Synch the waist for a more fitted look, or leave it a little looser for a more casual look. The belts are on either side of the waist that are finished with beautiful hand made tassels that are made completely from waste fabric.
