Welcome to the Kopal Pty Ltd Website ("Site"). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the "Agreement").

We may from time to time change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

SITE CONTENT

The contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the users of our Site. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, POSTCARDS AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Kopal on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of this Site (collectively, "Comments") shall be and remain Kopal Pty Ltd property.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped by Australia Post (usually) on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays, unless otherwise disclosed.

All items purchased on Kopal Pty Ltd online are shipped with Australia Post  shortly after being received. These orders can only be shipped to addresses within the United States. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Byron Bay.

The price of shippingis determined by the weight of the package and its destination. The average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

 

If you would like to make a special request for international shipping orfor expedited domestic shipping, please contact us at info@kopalshop.com.

If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

You can select to send a package to:

Billing Address - the same address as your billing address for your credit card.

Shipping Address- an alternate address for you.

International orders to the USA are shipped via the fastest and best means possible, with free shipping offered on orders over $150 USD.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE/CREDIT

If you are not completely satisfied with your Kopal Pty Ltd product our return policy is as follows: 

All Australian full price merchandise purchased at Kopalshop.com may be returned within 14 days upon receipt for a full refund. In certain circumstances, at the discretion of Kopal Pty Ltd, a credit (subtracting the original shipping and handling fees) at kopalshop.com may be offered. The credit is only usable online and not in any stores selling Kopal merchandise. Kopalshop credit is valid for six months from date of issue. Once your credit has expired it becomes invalid.

Please note that skilled artisans individually craft all Kopal products. Slight variations add to the unique beauty and personality of each piece. We also have made every effort to display as accurate as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, colors also depend on your monitor and we cannot completely guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color is completely accurate.

Kopal Indigo collection is unique and made with handmade indigo dyes. Please review the following conditions that can effect the product, the customer buying our Indigo product accepts these conditions and waives all implied warranties, including merchantability, and all claims for damages for these conditions.:

Variation in the fastness of the indigo dyes as well as piece to piece irregularities can result in inconsistency of the end product.

There is the tendency to have some streaking of the color.

Side to side and side to center shading can occur. 

Each dye lot may vary in shade due to the difficulty in controlling the strength of the bleaching chemicals.  Shading from roll to roll can also occur. 

No guarantees for wash fastness, light fastness, color crocking, or color bleeding are made.

All items returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. We will not accept returns of used or soiled merchandise.

We have the right to deny a credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

 

SALE ITEMS 

All sale items are FINAL SALE. No credit or exchange will be accepted.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN: 

To make a return or exchange you must first obtain a return authorization number. Please note returns will not be accepted without an RA number.
To receive your RA number please contact us at info@kopalshop.com, please include a brief explanation of why you are returning or exchanging your purchase, and what you would like to exchange it for.
Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
